In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dina88 website accessible at https://dina88.app, including all sub-pages, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Company" means dina88, the operator of the Platform, licensed and regulated internationally.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has successfully completed the dina88 registration process and holds an active member account.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration, used to access the Platform's gaming, betting, and financial services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-withdrawable incentive funds credited to an Account, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Turnover Requirement" means the total wagering volume a Member must achieve before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required to confirm a Member's eligibility, identity, and source of funds in compliance with the Company's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features available to Members, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by the Company's operational policies.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or making any deposit, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

To register and maintain an Account on dina88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. dina88 strictly enforces a minimum age policy and will request age verification documents at any stage of the membership lifecycle.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia. dina88 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Members located in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
3. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by dina88 or any other gaming operator, that would prohibit you from accessing gaming services.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial entity when registering or placing wagers.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of dina88, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless the Company has provided express written consent.

To access the Platform's full range of services, you must register a single Account by completing the dina88 registration form accurately and in full. The following rules govern Account registration:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. dina88 may cross-reference this information against third-party identity databases at any time.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. dina88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes, including your contact email address, phone number, or bank account details linked to your Account.
• Account transfers: Accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to another individual is prohibited.

dina88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

dina88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification may be required:

• Before processing any withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds;
• When the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect identity fraud, Account sharing, or unusual financial activity;
• As a routine periodic review of Account standing.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a current passport, a driver's licence (SIM), and a recent bank statement or utility bill dated within the past three months confirming your registered address. Documents must be submitted as clear, legible digital copies.

Withdrawals will be suspended pending completion of a requested KYC review. dina88 aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension.

All deposits to your dina88 Account are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Accepted channels: Bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Processing time: Deposits are processed automatically and typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of successful bank confirmation. Delays beyond 30 minutes should be reported to customer support with proof of transfer.
• No third-party deposits: Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may trigger a KYC review or Account suspension.
• Deposit fees: dina88 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposit limits: Members may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming Tools section of their Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits may only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

dina88 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests from your dina88 Account:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified Members. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP Members receive priority processing with a target of under 5 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where a KYC review is pending.
• Withdrawal channel: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the details on file with your dina88 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal fees: dina88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited or VIP priority processing is provided at no additional cost as a member benefit.
• Wagering requirement condition: Any portion of your Balance derived from a Bonus must have satisfied the applicable Turnover Requirement before that amount may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to meet a bonus turnover requirement may be withdrawn without restriction.
• Pending withdrawal review: dina88 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request prior to processing. Members will be notified promptly if additional documentation or verification is required.

dina88 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bet awards, and seasonal promotions to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members who are in good standing with no outstanding KYC, fraud, or responsible gaming flags on their Account.
• Turnover Requirements: All bonuses carry a Turnover Requirement that must be met before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity period: Bonus credits and the associated Turnover Requirement must be completed within the validity window specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically without refund.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is available once per Member, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to Turnover Requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets contribute at rates specified in the individual promotion terms. Check promotion details carefully before opting in.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: When a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is Rp 200.000 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in winnings being voided.
• Abuse and manipulation: dina88 employs active monitoring for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, low-risk hedge betting designed to clear turnover without genuine gameplay risk. Detected abuse will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential Account suspension.

dina88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of material changes to active promotions via email or Account notification.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the dina88 Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and crash games:

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and Member tier. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of placing a wager.
• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by dina88. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Sports betting markets: dina88 offers pre-match and in-play betting across a comprehensive range of sports markets, with particular depth in BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, AFF Cup, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, MotoGP, and Mobile Legends MPL e-sports. Mix parlay (accumulator) and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are supported on all major football fixtures.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the Company's stated settlement threshold, or where it is determined that the market was offered in error.

• Malfunction: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects game integrity, dina88 reserves the right to void the affected round or session. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all slot and crash game activity.
• Prohibited behaviour: The use of automated betting software (bots), exploit scripts, collusion between players, and any form of match-fixing or result manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

• Age restriction: dina88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Members. Age verification may be requested at any stage.
• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour review period.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure automatic session time alerts that notify them after a set duration of continuous play.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use the dina88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of dina88 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dina88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or game data;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any loss of winnings or account balance arising from a verified breach of these terms;
• Any third-party actions, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or payment processor delays beyond dina88's direct control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dina88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of odds, game results, or promotional information. Where statutory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction impose implied warranties that cannot be excluded, dina88's liability under those warranties is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall dina88's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the membership relationship at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Member-initiated closure: A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting the dina88 support team. All outstanding real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances that have not met Turnover Requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method within seven (7) business days of verified closure request, subject to completion of any pending KYC review.
• Company-initiated suspension: dina88 may immediately suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a material breach of these terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity is detected; (c) a Member is found to have misrepresented their identity or eligibility; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Company, other Members, or third parties.
• Forfeiture on breach: Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, dina88 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account Balance, including real-money funds, where such funds are demonstrably connected to the breaching activity.
• Survival of obligations: Termination of your Account does not extinguish any obligations, liabilities, or claims that arose prior to the date of termination. Clauses 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Governing Law), and this Clause 13 survive termination.

These Terms & Conditions and the entire Agreement between you and dina88 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed, as updated from time to time in accordance with the Company's international regulatory obligations.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that online gaming regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development and that your use of the Platform is your own decision, made voluntarily and with full awareness of the applicable legal environment in your place of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect your immediate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.

dina88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dina88 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page;
• Display a notification to logged-in Members upon their next Platform login, where the changes materially affect their rights or obligations;
• Send an email notification to the registered email address on file for Members whose accounts are directly affected by the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account as described in Clause 13.
